AAI is proud to be the largest supplier of Flexible Divider Bars to the cultured marble industry. With the flexible edges you can supply your customer with virtually every type of custom edge on their vanity top and kitchen countertop available. And can be used to create any shape imagineable. These are simply double back taped to any existing vanity or panel mold clay or wax filet is used at the adjoining surface between the marble mold and aluminum extrusion. Waxed, gelcoated and poured to give you the integral edge you are looking for. No need to buy a drop edge vanity mold when any edge can be set up with the urethane. We also offer inside and outside poly radiused edges to round off inside and outside corners.

Instructions on use of Flexible Divider Bars
 
1. Many forms can be used as templates, Fiberglass panel molds, Cardboard, Polyethylene or Glass
2. Place Flexible Divider against edge of template
3. Cut holding blocks and glue against the back surface of divider bar and bottom surface of form
4. Hot glue in place to backside of divider bar as shown in Figure 1
5. You will be able to make very sharp curves with this setup
6. Regular long bends can be accomplished simply with Double back tape.
7. Either wax filet or clay bottom edge of divider bar
8. Wax divider bar and surface of form
9. Gelcoat and pour marble
